On May 26, Ready Rabbit made a special appearance at the annual Bristol School Readiness Health Fair. The health fair provided more than 200 children with fun programs to help them learn about healthy living, including nutrition, lyme disease, fire safety, and good oral hygiene.

Mary-Alice Petrucelli-Timek commented that "the best part of the day was when each child got to meet Ready Rabbit and 'build their own library'." Each child was given a book holder and eight books to take home and begin their own library.
