The ECE Collaborative is a multi-year project of 8 state-based child advocacy organizations, including CT Voices for Children, working on early care and early education issues. The Communications Consortium Media Center (CCMC) coordinates the Collaborative. The Collaborative’s website provides access to communications research and polling, message memos and links to the 8 participating states.
